Can I have a civil ceremony at Hotel Kö59?

Due to the lack of demand, we have not yet approved any of our rooms as official wedding rooms. Should the demand change, we will certainly consider all possibilities.

What is the cost of a wedding at Hotel Kö59?

All wedding packages are individually tailored to the wishes and ideas of the bridal couple. From a multi-course gala menu, to an exclusive buffet, to a relaxed barbecue evening on one of our terraces, everything is possible.

Is it possible to have an independent wedding at Hotel Kö59?

An independent wedding ceremony, which is becoming increasingly popular, can easily be arranged.

How many guests can I have?

The maximum capacity of our Grand Ballroom is 420 people seated banquet style. However, you should bear in mind that if, for example, you wish to have a large dance floor, it may not be possible to accommodate the maximum number of people.

What are the rental prices for the different halls?

Our experienced convention sales team will prepare an individual quotation for each enquiry. Room hire in our Düsseldorf wedding location varies according to season and other factors.

Is there a wedding planner at Hotel Kö59?

We do not have a permanent wedding planner. All our colleagues are event professionals and can help to make your wedding an unforgettable day.

Does Hotel Kö59 offer wedding packages?

There are no wedding packages. All services are tailored to the individual needs of the couple.

Who is responsible for the decorations at Hotel Kö59?

Bridal couples are welcome to use the services of our long-standing partner Fiori. Of course, bridal couples are also welcome to bring their own decorator to our wedding location in Düsseldorf.

Can we choose the menu ourselves?

Our chef will be happy to create a menu to suit the individual tastes of the guests. A taster meal can be arranged if required.

How far in advance does a wedding at Hotel Kö59 need to be planned?

Basically it depends on whether the desired room is already booked on the requested date. Of course, there are other components such as the arranging of decorations, the delivery of selected wines and much more. It is therefore not possible to give an exact date and it always depends on the flexibility and requirements of the bridal couple.

Is it possible to have a live band or a wedding DJ?

You are welcome to have a live band or DJ at your event at our Düsseldorf wedding venue.
