At the Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection, the well-being and safety of our guests has always been our top priority, regardless of whether you are staying with us for business or pleasure. The challenges that we all face at this present time will not prevent us from giving you the best possible experience while staying at our hotels. As ever, we are doing everything we can to fully accommodate our guests’ wishes – to the extent that the current situation permits us to do so. In order to welcome you safely, we have further improved our already first-class hygiene and health standards and developed the ‘STAY SAFE’ concept for you.
Our ‘Stay Safe’ concept, which we have developed in conjunction with doctors and experts in the field, starts before you even arrive at the hotel, because we know how quickly your travel plans can change during times like these. That is why we are giving all our guests the option to cancel or change their booking up to one day before the arrival date.
A safe place to stay
As soon as you enter one of our hotels, we would ask that you maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres and wear a mask. It goes without saying that the same applies to all of our staff, who we are continuously training in matters relating to hygiene and cleanliness. For your personal hand hygiene, disinfectant dispensers are also located by all entrances and lifts. In addition, we have improved and automated the check-in process, during which you will be protected by a screen. The process is now also completely contactless.
Hygienic service from check-in to breakfast
However, we are not just focusing our attention on the public areas – every room will now also be cleaned more thoroughly than usual. This includes regular disinfection of all frequently touched surfaces using a certified long-term disinfectant and disinfection of the entire room after each departure in accordance with our high hygiene standards.
It goes without saying that our staff will not enter your room while you are present – and we also provide contactless room service with your safety in mind. All textiles such as bathrobes and towels are washed at a high temperature in order to guarantee a hygienic level of cleanliness.
Depending on the prevailing situation and federal state, you have the choice between having breakfast brought to your room by room service or reserving a place in our restaurant. However you decide to enjoy your breakfast with us and regardless of whether you opt for an omelette or fruit salad, everything is hygienically packaged and freshly prepared in line with the highest standards. Regular hygiene checks and staff training measures are also undertaken here to guarantee maximum safety for our guests. The same even goes for our drinking water, which is inspected by the independent SGS Institut Fresenius at set intervals in order to meet our high standards of quality.
