Does the Hotel Nassauer Hof have a (whirl)pool or steam room?

At our spa hotel in Wiesbaden, we can offer our guests the only rooftop thermal pool in Germany. There is no jaccuzi or steam bath in our 1,500 m² spa area.

What is the cancellation policy for spa treatments?

At our spa hotel in Wiesbaden, you can cancel your treatments free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please note that if you cancel after this time, you will be charged 75% of the cost of the treatment.

Are there special (day) spa packages for external guests?

Are there private spa packages?

Unfortunately we do not offer private spa packages at our spa hotel in Wiesbaden.

WHEN IS THE NASSAUER HOF THERMAL SPA OPEN?

The opening hours of our spa area are as follows:
Mon. to Fri. from 6 a. to 9 pm
Sat. to Sun. from 8 am to 9 pm

CAN I USE THE THERMAL SPA EVEN IF I AM NOT A GUEST AT THE HOTEL?

As an external guest, you may of course also use the spa. With our Day Spa offers you can get pampered at our spa for a full day.
