Does the Hotel Nassauer Hof have a (whirl)pool or steam room?

At our spa hotel in Wiesbaden, we can offer our guests the only rooftop thermal pool in Germany. There is no jaccuzi or steam bath in our 1,500 m² spa area.

What is the cancellation policy for spa treatments?

At our spa hotel in Wiesbaden, you can cancel your treatments free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please note that if you cancel after this time, you will be charged 75% of the cost of the treatment.

Are there special (day) spa packages for external guests?

Are there private spa packages?

Unfortunately we do not offer private spa packages at our spa hotel in Wiesbaden.

Spa etiquette

Arrival and relaxation: Please report to reception at least 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a relaxed start to your spa experience. If you have a day programme, please use the saunas and thermal pool beforehand.
Personalised care: Please let us know about any health issues, such as allergies or injuries, so that we can tailor your treatment to your needs.
Flexible cancellation policy: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, there will be no charge. For cancellations at shorter notice, 75% of the cost will be charged. Enjoy complimentary daytime make-up with every facial treatment.
