A swimming pool that meets all the requirements of an exercise pool. In it, you can experience the exceptionally positive effects produced by Wiesbaden’s thermal water.

An exercise area roughly 250 square metres large with the latest machines for improving mobility and musculature and for circulation training.

A roughly 70 square metre gymnastics area, for example for doing back training, spinal gymnastics or proprioception training individually or in a small group with your therapist.

Your health and physical well-being are important. Nassauer Hof Therme has an experienced team of masseurs and physiotherapists available for various massage treatments, gymnastic exercises and physical therapy.

Prevention with sport and exercise is the mission pursued by the Nassauer Hof Therme gym. In a 250 square metre exercise area, our guests find modern strength and endurance machines for getting or staying in shape. The strength machines use finely adjusted air resistance settings instead of weights. This is particularly good for the body’s joints and, furthermore, ensures that users’ training programmes are individualised and optimised based on their needs. The team is happy to put together a personal programme for its guests. 

The Nassauer Hof Therme pool is something unique for Germany. In it, you benefit from the water of our hotel’s own thermal spring, water which even the Roman city founders treasured two thousand years ago on account of its healing properties. Bathing in the 32 degree warm water has been demonstrated to have a positive, healing impact. Twenty minutes’ bathing time is recommended so that the thermal water’s positive effect can be fully activated.

The pool facility is designed like a conservatory, which means that you feel like you are outdoors when bathing. On warm days there are loungers set up on the adjoining rooftop terrace so that you can sunbathe while savouring the view of Wiesbaden – an oasis in the centre of the city. Here you can enjoy wonderful relaxation and not be bothered by a care in the world.

A sauna with a window is one of the exceptional features of our sauna section. The Finnish ‘Aufguss’ sauna (90°C) is the popular classic for all saunagoers. We also offer our guests the Sanarium (60°C and 50 per cent humidity) with pure, aromatic fragrances to benefit the circulation. A plunge pool, lounging areas and terrace in the sunshine are available to you for time between and after trips to the sauna.

The sauna is exclusively reserved for our hotel guests or people with a Day Spa offer.
