Since mid-March 2026, ENTE has been welcoming guests at the historic gatehouse of Kloster Eberbach. During the renovation period of the Nassauer Hof, a new and extraordinary chapter is unfolding here: award-winning Michelin-starred cuisine in a setting that brings together enjoyment, history and atmosphere in truly remarkable fashion.

Our Michelin-starred chef, Michael Kammermeier with his team
Born in Hesse, he has been a leading figure in the world of German gourmet cuisine for almost two decades. During his long tenure as head chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant ENTE in Wiesbaden, he repeatedly succeeded in securing the establishment a Michelin star. His gourmet cuisine fuses classic French culinary art with modern influences and a touch of creative lightness. Together with his incredible team he places great importance on using high-quality regional produce and focusing on the seasons, combining this with precision craftsmanship and surprising flavours.
Discovery Journey in the Evening
From Wednesday to Saturday, ENTE’s Discovery Journey can be booked with a starting time between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Look forward to a 3-course menu for €100 per person, with the option to add a carefully paired wine journey. Discover the menue here,
