What is the cancellation policy for spa treatments?

Treatments can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 pm the day before, after which 60% of the treatment price will be charged. If you do not cancel and miss your appointment, we will have to charge you the full amount. Out of courtesy to other SPA guests, we ask you to understand that booked treatment times are strictly adhered to and that late arrivals will result in a reduction in treatment time, or after 20 minutes, will automatically be considered a cancellation.

Are there special (day) spa packages for external guests?

For external guests of our spa hotel in Kitzbühel we offer a Day SPA Day Pass and a Spa Membership 2023.

Are there private spa packages?

Unfortunately we do not offer private spa packages at our spa hotel in Kitzbühel.
