What is the cancellation policy for spa treatments?

Treatments can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 pm the day before, after which 60% of the treatment price will be charged. If you do not cancel and miss your appointment, we will have to charge you the full amount. Out of courtesy to other SPA guests, we ask you to understand that booked treatment times are strictly adhered to and that late arrivals will result in a reduction in treatment time, or after 20 minutes, will automatically be considered a cancellation.

Are there special (day) spa packages for external guests?

For external guests of our spa hotel in Kitzbühel we offer a Day SPA Day Pass and a Spa Membership 2023.

Are there private spa packages?

Unfortunately we do not offer private spa packages at our spa hotel in Kitzbühel.

The Grand Alps Spa in Kitzbühel is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Can I visit the spa even though I'm not staying at the hotel?

Yes, you can still use our Grand Tirolia Spa even though you’re not staying at our hotel: with our Day Spa Ticket.

Is access to the spa and sauna area included in my room rate?

Yes, when you book one of our Rooms & Suites you also get free access to our wellness area.
