The renowned yoga master will accompany you over the weekend and teach you all about Spirit Yoga, her own free-thinking and inspirational style. Patricia Thielemann has been shaping the identity of modern yoga in the German-speaking world for years with her well-known Spirit Yoga studios, the Academy Berlin and numerous successful retreats. At the Grand Tirolia, you can look forward to a tailored and varied programme.

Day 1

From 3 p.m.
We welcome you to the Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel. You will find a welcome gift in your bedroom and have the time to get to know the hotel and surrounding area.
4.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Patricia Thielemann extends a warm welcome to your first yoga session.
From 6.30 p.m.
Round off the evening at our very own Restaurant Tirolia. Roland Holzer and his team will pamper you with a delicious evening meal included in your half-board booking.

Day 2

8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Begin your day with your second yoga session with Patricia Thielemann.
From 10 a.m.
Our copious and delicious breakfast buffet awaits – here you can build the strength you need for a day of well-being.
You have the afternoon free. Explore the hotel and surrounding area or be pampered in our Grand Alps Spa – 50 minutes of use is included in the retreat. Feel free to arrange your appointment yourself with our spa reception.
4.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Patricia Thielemann invites you to your third yoga session. You can then look forward to a fascinating motivational presentation.
From 6.30 p.m.
Round off the evening at our very own Restaurant Tirolia and enjoy your evening meal.

Day 3

8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Begin your day with your fourth yoga session with Patricia Thielemann.
From 10 a.m.
Our copious and delicious breakfast buffet awaits.
You have the afternoon free.
4.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Patricia Thielemann invites you to your fifth yoga session.
From 6.30 p.m.
Round off the evening at our very own Restaurant Tirolia and enjoy your evening meal.

Day 4

8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Begin your day with your sixth yoga session with Patricia Thielemann.
From 10 a.m.
Our copious and delicious breakfast buffet awaits. Gather your strength once more before your journey home.
You have the afternoon free.
4.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Patricia Thielemann invites you to your seventh yoga session.
From 6.30 p.m.
Round off the evening at our very own Restaurant Tirolia and enjoy your evening meal.

Day 5

8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Begin your day with your eighth and final yoga session with Patricia Thielemann.
From 10 a.m.
Our copious and delicious breakfast buffet awaits. Gather your strength once more before your journey home.
We will wave you off with a friendly “Vergelt’s Gott” and look forward to seeing you again soon at the Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel.
