New Year's Eve Gala Dinner
Celebrate the turn of the year in style with our exclusive eight-course New Year’s Eve menu at the elegant Park Restaurant. At 6 p.m., we welcome you with a glass of Crémant in the magnificent Dome Hall. Afterwards, indulge in culinary delights before dancing the night away to our DJ in the Dome Hall or live music by 'Upperclass' in the Emma Ballroom. Enjoy a midnight buffet following the spectacular laser show at Hollersee. Look forward to an unforgettable New Year’s Eve at the Parkhotel Bremen.

New Year's Eve Gala Buffet
Celebrate the turn of the year in an elegant and festive atmosphere! We warmly invite you to our exclusive New Year's Eve Gala Buffet with live music – an unforgettable night full of culinary delights, dancing, and celebration awaits you. The evening begins at 6 p.m. with a welcome glass of Crémant in our magnificent Dome Hall. Afterwards, you’ll be seated in the beautifully decorated Emma Hall, where a lavish buffet will be served. Starting at 8 p.m., the band “Upperclass” will provide musical entertainment and invite you to hit the dance floor. At midnight, enjoy a spectacular highlight: our laser show by Holler Lake. In the Dome Hall, our DJ will keep the party going, and a midnight buffet will be ready to delight you. A drinks package until midnight is included in the ticket price.
