- standard equipment for a booked conference room: one projector, one projector screen, one flip chart, two pinboards, one presentation case, Wi-Fi, writing materials for each attendee
- outside your room all-day round: speciality coffee and tea, and sweet and sour surprises from the sweets bar
- fresh air with two tea breaks (one tea break for the half-day offer, two tea breaks for the whole-day offer), for example with milkshakes, smoothies, scented water, fresh J.J. Darboven coffee, local bakery products and seasonal fruit to take away
