We have taken our treasures and used all our passion and heart to compose a menu for you that lets you and all your senses become intimately familiar with our region – and, for our regulars, our kitchen crew of course ensures exciting variety and diversity. Two-star restaurant
In all modesty: our restaurant boasts two Michelin stars and enjoys a legendary reputation extending far beyond the island’s borders. This of course delights us, however we have a different motivation in our open country kitchen, where you are always welcome to take a look over our shoulders. Instead, our motivation is to cook passionately, simply and elegantly while remaining down to earth, because that is what makes us happy day after day.

If you are looking for an ‘easy-going’ lunch with a view of the Rantum dunes, you are welcome in JP’s living room. Enjoy three exquisite courses with a main course that changes daily – and discover your new favourite dish.

Please be aware that our kitchen closes at 10 p.m. Out of respect for other guests, we are able to welcome children six years of age and over to our restaurant. Dogs are not permitted. Monday to Saturday from 06.30 p.m.
Our restaurant also welcomes guests who are not staying at the hotel.
