A culinary event that you won’t forget soon: an exclusive oyster instruction and tasting – right on the mudflats with our 2-star chef Jan-Philipp Berner. Learn more about the precious treasures of the North Sea and enjoy the regional delicacies of Sylt.

Early bird beginning: It starts shortly after sunrise! After the rubber boots have been put on, all participants meet at the Vogelkoje north of Kampen. Together we continue to Blidselbucht: This is where the mudflat hike to the oyster beds begins.

After the oyster instruction and tasting and an alcohol-free aperitif, you will go back to the Söl’ring Hof. The next culinary highlight awaits you at our restaurant: an exquisite champagne and oyster breakfast.

Please note that you need your own car to drive to the bay and to Rantum. Our exclusive excursions for 4 or more people can be booked on request from June to the end of October.
