Our North Sea Arrangement
It is a feast for all the senses when you take a holiday by the North Sea with us. For gourmands, we have developed an offering for complete culinary pleasure, presenting to you current, seasonal delicacies from our kitchen inspired by the region. During the quieter time of the year, you can devote yourself entirely to the nice side of life – which of course includes gourmet dining. Book our North Sea Arrangement in all its variety, with five nights’ accommodation at Söl’ring Hof and look forward to multiple meals at our restaurant with two Michelin stars.
Begin your day in enjoyment with our lavish à la carte breakfast – and, at our hotel, you enjoy your breakfast for as long as you wish. From fresh bread and rolls to the finest sausage and cheese specialities from Schleswig-Holstein and sweet treats, you can look forward to everything desired by your gourmet heart – and of course there is also fresh North Sea crab and fish. A highlight of your hotel arrangement by the North Sea is when we also serve an exceptionally refined, gourmet breakfast on a day of your choice. In addition to the rest of our offering, you enjoy home-made rose-petal jam and a glass of rosé champagne.

- 5-course meal (incl. 3 snacks and petits fours)
- 8-course meal degustation (incl. 6 snacks, 5 petits fours and cheese degustation)
- e-bike on a day of your choice

transfers to and from the railway station or airport, parking for your car, refined à la carte breakfast, daily newspaper if desired, all minibar beverages, use of our wellness area and gym, your personal beach chair at the foot of the dune (depending on the weather) and the local tourism levy
